Order processing
Orders are processed from our facility in Boston, Massachusetts after payment has been confirmed. Orders confirmed on business days are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or US federal holidays.
Shipping fees
Orders with a subtotal of $200.00 USD or more ship free of charge.
Orders below $200.00 USD carry a flat shipping fee of $50.00 USD, shown at checkout before you place your order.
Delivery within the United States
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or high seasonal volume.
International delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
The recipient is responsible for ensuring that the products may be lawfully imported into their country, and for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Orders refused or seized by customs are not eligible for a refund.
Packaging and storage in transit
Products are vacuum-sealed and shipped in protective packaging. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal transit; please refrigerate them (2–8 °C) upon arrival.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent to the email address on your order once your package has been dispatched.
Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; we can update the address only before dispatch.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographs where applicable. We will open a claim with the carrier and, where appropriate, reship or refund your order.
