COA & analytical testing
Open COA Reports to view the available original laboratory reports. Reports also appear below the matching product information. They open on screen; you do not need to request them by email.
View COA ReportsA Certificate of Analysis (COA) records the tests and results reported for the material identified in that document. Read the product identity, lot or accession number, report date, methods and result units together. Only tests actually listed in the report are documented.
Compare the compound name, reported amount, lot identifier and dates with the product documentation and the label on your material. A report for another compound or batch is not interchangeable. Contact support if the identifiers differ.
The original report retains the amount tested by the laboratory and remains visible when you select another size. This does not establish that every size or batch was tested separately. Use the report identifiers to confirm which material it covers.
No. Purity and quantity are different measurements. A chromatographic purity result is calculated from the detected components under the stated method; it is not, by itself, a measurement of milligrams per vial. Look for a separate quantitative result and its units.
High-performance liquid chromatography separates components under defined analytical conditions. A reported purity value must be interpreted with the method, detector, integration and chromatogram. It is not a universal guarantee about every possible impurity.
Mass spectrometry provides information about molecular mass and can support identity assessment. Chromatography measures separation of detected components. These methods address different questions; check which tests the report actually includes.
No. Chemical purity, sterility and endotoxin measurements are different tests. Do not infer microbiological results from a purity percentage, clear solution, sealed vial or product photograph.
The displayed values are transcribed from the corresponding available laboratory reports, not calculated from a product photo or selected size. Read the original report for its testing date, amount and scope.

Lyophilized means freeze-dried: water is removed from frozen material under reduced pressure. This can support storage of some peptide materials, but stability still depends on the compound, formulation and conditions.
No. Follow the instructions for the particular compound and formulation and your laboratory’s validated procedure. General peptide guides are not product-specific stability data; do not assume one temperature or expiry applies to all catalog items.
Moisture can affect the stability of some dried materials. Manufacturer laboratory guidance recommends allowing a cold, closed container to equilibrate before opening to reduce condensation. Follow the specific material documentation.
Repeated cycling may affect some peptide solutions. Whether aliquoting or freezing is suitable depends on the formulation and validated method; do not extrapolate a universal rule or shelf life to every product.
No. Solubility depends on sequence, formulation, pH and the assay. Use product documentation and a validated laboratory protocol rather than choosing a solvent from a general blog post.
Not automatically. Check the documented composition, additives, grade and compatibility with your assay. A product name, packaging style or preservative does not establish suitability for every experiment.
No. Colour, visible powder height and container shape do not replace analytical identity or quantity testing. Compare the label and original report, and ask support about discrepancies before laboratory use.
Retain the original report, compound and lot identifiers, receipt date, labelled amount, storage instructions and your experiment’s preparation records. This supports traceability without treating one report as evidence for unrelated materials.
It performs laboratory concentration and volume calculations from the values entered. It does not verify the material’s identity, purity, measured content or stability, and does not provide medical or personal-use guidance.

Products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. Product pages, reports and educational content are not medical advice, dosing guidance or evidence of clinical safety or efficacy.
Purchasers must be qualified researchers aged 21 or older, purchasing for legitimate laboratory research. Review the Terms of Service and Research Use Disclaimer before ordering.
Shipping is free when the order subtotal is at least $200 USD. Below $200 USD, the shipping fee is $50 USD. Review the amount shown at checkout and the Shipping Policy.
The Shipping Policy lists US delivery estimates and international conditions. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; import requirements and customs procedures depend on the destination.
Read the Refund & Return Policy before ordering. Contact support with your order number if material arrives damaged or incorrect; do not send a return without instructions.
Contact support@77peptides.com with the order number or the product name and report identifier. Never send card details by email or chat. For report questions, state which identity, amount or result needs clarification.
